I have this issue. I contacted tech support about a year ago and they gave me instructions to change some settings.... It didn't work. It made the microphone be open all the time, so if you, for instance, tapped the Keyboard or shut the lid fast, you would hear an echo through the speakers. So I changed it back.
I've done the bios update. all I can say is do what this video says. I found it too, for some reason the noise stops when the recording control panel is open

how will i know if the buzzing sound is coming from your laptop or my laptop, we got the same problem you see. XD

I have it. I don't like it.... I found that video because of I'm still looking for crazy fan noisy trouble. I did R0280Y6 bios update but it doesn't work. Veery noisy laptop although never run any program.
