"Priority of God's Word" Pt. 1 (Live Mission Field Message)

The Bible is the perfect, pure, unique, inspired Word of the Living God! It's the foundation of all we believe as born again Christians. We must read it, study it, meditate on it, and obey it! It is the final authority of all things pertaining to life and godliness. Paul affirms that all scripture is God-breathed! The Bible is absolutely tru, trustworthy, and infallible. One cannot follow Christ without submitting to God and His written Word. This is just part of a message I preached in Barbados. Most of the sermons were 60-90 minutes! They were hungry for the truth, so I'm giving you clips of messages, instead of it all at once. As you know, YouTube only allows up to 10 minutes. Anyway I hope this is a blessing to you and your feedback, comments, and ratings are always welcomed. The Word of God is perfect, but those who preach it are not. That includes me! There are high standards for ministers and we must not compromise the truth.

*Romans 10:17 "So faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God."

*Acts 17:11 "In that they received the Word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these thigs were so."

*1 Thes. 2:13 "But as it is in truth, the Word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe."

*2 Tim. 3:16 "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

Thank you for sharing! This is a very important message! We should more trust in God's Word and not listen to what people say (especially some self-righteous Christians)... too many opinions in our days in the Churches, too many different ways... if we do not read the Bible DAILY we are going to be among the deceived ones!

Very true. I learned if I don't read word of God only few days, I ''will fall''. When you don't read his word and spend time with God, 'everything else' is filling your mind and heart, until you get so weak that devil can take you over.

Hebrews 5:12-14

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

EXCELLENT! How can people testify & profess with their lips to love Jesus, but yet live in direct disobedience to the Word.?! (Jn. 14:15,21, 23&24/Jn. 15:9&10/1 Jn. 2:3-6). You just exposed the nakedness, lies, hypocrisy, and evil deeds of sin in the majority of pastors & church people! Many church leaders are corrupt, but I have found that the people in the pews love to have it so (Jer. 5:19-31)! People are perishing for a lack of the Word from pulpits (Amos 8:11&12) & of knowledge (Hos. 4:6)
