@droopusmaximus I agree with what you're saying, but Gorillaz is NOT pop music at all. It's very alternative, and has a verrrrrrry wide range of styles within itself. And it is superduperawesome. Chill. Out.

I guess Stylo really does resemble this. However, I think that the songs are different enough that it would've been fine IF Gorillaz listed Eddy as a co-writer, which they didn't.

This is arguably the earliest 'Tech House' tune I had ever heard. I remember at the time dancing at my local under 18s Disco to this. Definitely in the spirit of Francine Mc Gees 'Delirious', or 'Super Nature' by Cerrone.
