I dont use wobble patches, ever. I dont know about everyone else but i hate sounding the same as the next guy.

Thats like building an exact replica of a "Ford Mustang" and calling it a "Fard Stallion".

I know what you mean. But think beyond. With this simplification you can go further and create new tunes and styles. You can still mix for example our basses with your own leads. And simplification can also lead to new creativity. However we also included all massive presets which you can use to tweak the sounds. The Kontakt setup is also meant to do live performances.

Yes, Kontakt is a sampler and it would be lot's of work to make a real Synth out of it via KSP and there's no need to do so.

If youre trying to make money, make a VSTi geared towards Dubstep, not a Sampletank.

Excuse me if im coming off offensive, more like annoyed. Dubstep used to be something you had to dig around and study to get the right tone, mood , sound. Now its just a click of a button. wobble boxes ARE simple. In your case you setup some key wobble samples you cleaned up and stretched across key ranges in kontakt. No real synthesis beyond pitching and resampling. The sounds that box produces stick out like a sore thumb to me.

First, there's no need to be offensive! We have lot's of experience and working for years in the music business! The thing is you always have exactly this kind of discussion with every music genre. Furthermore "dubstep wobble boxes" is a very simplified expression. There's much more behind most lately dubstep tracks as you think. All the fast breaks and variations of Synths & FX is not easy to produce. I don't care about mainstream or not I just care If I like the music/song I listen to or not.
