  • Hello, it's great to see you. That is so inspirational.......you being able to do what you want now and from home. There are so many things I want to do it might scare me to if they actually happen but, being to conplacent is scary also so it's okay to be a little uncomfortable but, you can also enjoy the fruits of your labor because you earned them. take care

  • @tapetumxlucidum Thanks!

  • @tapetumxlucidum Cool. :) Thanks for the tips!

  • @thrivesurvive ...than when I used shampoo. Baking soda could be much gentler on your scalp as well.

  • @thrivesurvive Yeah, it's really great stuff, especially if you work out. Just make sure it is food grade and not the kind you get in the pharmacy, which have poisonous metal stabilizers. Food Grade is usually very highly concentrated(32% H202), so be very careful, follow the instructions for taking it. Oh, and I wanted to add that a great cleaner for veggies is good old baking soda. Removes all residue and crud, is odorless and chemical free. I also use it to wash my hair, which feels cleaner

  • @tapetumxlucidum That's interesting. I have heard of it being used to wash produce, but I didn't know about this application. I will look into it. Thank you.

  • Alexis, have you ever heard of food grade hydrogen peroxide? It's really wonderful if you are suffering from brain fog or lethargy. It is like liquid oxygen, but is not to be confused with the type of hydrogen peroxide you buy in a store(which should never be ingested). A really great brand is called Guardian of Eden H202. A drop or two in a glass of water on an empty stomach a few tines a week is just wonderful for the mind and body. It helps the cells repair quickly.
