School could be much better. Bobby Jindal's plan to fire lots of the tenured professors would help. Most of the UL professors would not make it anywhere else. FIRE THEM and get some new blood!

Town has some good points. Fairly slow paced but a dense population. Not much to do. School has some horrible professors! Some are okay, many are not. The Admin. is very conservative to the point of being scary.

Boy did there standards to get into the University go up. When i was there it wasn't even close too that.

haha so true! Even people from LOUISIANA can't say it right. When I hear La-fille-ette I totally cringe. Its like saying little girl in french.
