Sismithin, please, I didn't ask you anything, I just asked Jesse Miller a question, not you. So please, leave me alone. You do your business your way and let me do my business my way.

This video feels like it's from the 90's.

Are there any good camera rigs that you would suggest for this camera excluding any of the glidecams

Hi Jessie, I used to do business with you guys when I lived in Miami. I'm now in Texas. I was wondering if you had any good tips for button assignment on the Z7. Or any profiles I could store that would give me some neat features on the fly. I do weddings.
Thanks

@jessemillerman i m asking q hello dear i m pamu i m from india and i m very crative person so i want be only filmmaker and actor so dear my new and greates friend i want to know about crane and dolly setup i have many idea for story if u will know my idea so u will be really very happy dear friend so tell me about dolly and crane setup which setup of dolly and which setup of crane will best for me and how can i take this setup from another country on where this setup willhave very low prize
I like the built in smooth slow motion function of this camera, but it typically decreases the picture quality of my footage. How do I go about receiving the same smooth slow motion effect if were to shoot in 60i. I know 60i is really 29.97fps not 60fps and final cut pro immediately converts the 60i to 29.97 and this stops me from getting the professional smooth slow motion I need. Can you help me with this issue. Thanks.

@raytay101
you may have to play the footage live into final cut... using a capture card like a black magic to your computer.
i am not sure how to do a direct file transfer that final cut will interpret correctly.

I am super interested in getting the ex-1r.....but the ability to put dslr lenses directly onto this camera is insane! Please tell me the ex-1r can do that too.

@zwdowning
ex1r is a captive lens, so you'll need a letus adapter, or a mini35, but i like the letus (and i sell the letus, so let me know if you want one).
the z7 can take the lenses directly, but it causes a magnifaction factor of like, 7x, so you will only be able to use it for extreme telephoto.
know what i'm saying?
if you want proper DSLR use, you'll need an adapter anyway.

Hi Jesse,
I'm in the process of getting a camera and I have no idea what to get. The Z7 looks superior than the other but I'm still not sure what to do. What do you think is the best camera to get when it comes to short film, skits, broadcasting reviews, etc.? Do I even have to buy a tape or can I use the flash or drive to record and edit on the cpu?

@Jagosaur
i think the better camera for short filmmaking is the EX1R, but the Z7 is also good.
send me a private message and i'll get you quotations for both camera packages.
thanks,
jesse
