Sonny King is of course doing an impersonation of the Ink Spots and their big hit. This was the song Redd Foxx always did as Fred Sanford, attempting the same imitation. Later on when Lou Clayton passed on and Eddie Jackson retired, King teamed up with Jimmy Durante for a while replacing Jackson.

'After this song, will we sing anudda one?"

Hi Louzilla ! Your dad had an amazing voice! I am still the proud owner of an LP I bought in 1957/9 titled 'For Losers Only' It has been played so much over the years that I have had to have it professionally cleaned and copied to CD. It's great !!. Oh for the like of SONNY KING again
