yea horrible if your a lazy bum and dont appreciate the $1800 worth of health/vision/dental/prescript­ion zero copayment everything free benefits you get - at least for me with my family it would cost that much a month. also if you hate having a union that backs you up 100% to keep you your job - not to mention a topout pay of around 31 an hour now and for someone with no other sklills that's - uhmmmm - excellent.

With no college degree.. might be okay. But I'm just working there to get me through school, as soon as I graduate I'm getting out of that fucking place and finding a real job.

myself, along with a few other people there, HAVE college degrees and work there only part time for the benefits - many many jobs that you may get with your college degree will still not offer you the benefits that ups does. so basically i'm there for 4 hrs. a day weekends off and make about 34k a year with the benefits - and yes again this is a SECOND job for the benefits only - and honestly - horrible? it's not bad at all unless your a tard ass lazy P.O.S.

@UncleRuben1 Just graduating these days is no gaurantee of getting a good job.Loading the trucks is hard work but the jobs there get easier and the paid is more the longer you work there. I am a feeder drive at ups making 105,000 a year and would'nt trade it for anything. Good luck making that with your collage degree.

@iKushTV the work is "extremely hard" IF you ARE a P.O.S loser that wants something for nothing -- just like most lazy ass p.o.s losers of the world do. your body gets used to it after about a month if you are ACTUALLY WORKING. if you have been an outta shape loser all your life who does no physical activity & doesnt eat healthy and lives a slob lifestyle, then yes the job may be a "Modern day sweat shop" for you - go figure

Then once you work there for awhile they will act like they are giving you a promotion to supervisor (no skill required) then you still work part time managing packages lol and have to pay for your own insurance. What a bullshit job.
