But, lets get the nomenclature right...First it was Global Warming, until the Globe wasn't, so it was changed to Global Climate Change which is sort of an of vague due to the 4 seasons, then the White House announced the new, new, title for their scam, Global Climate Disturbances.

@ytgv3fc7 There are over 30,000 scientist who wish to be heard in Congress to refute the skewed climate evidence that is being put out by the UN and East Anglia University, but Congress will not take their sworn testimony. Maybe after November they will finally be heard. I for one, am not afraid of the truth, for it to be reached both sides must be evaluated. It is in the best interest of the Planet to allow the non-elite funded experts to present their case to the American people.

I mean really, this isn't secret even if the total application of how to put this together is. it's so big you can't miss it. @plum26754 I suggest keeping the word "born" because it's accurate. Human youth with no guidance will do as I just described, it's only WITH guidance the in-born traits are controlled, first by parents/guardians and then by self-control. Without this teaching the inborn nature of humans is to be dangerous.

HAARP is not as top secret as you describe and is all built on publicly known science of a previous era. It's not hard to figure out what's going on.

@ytgv3fc7May I suggest dropping the word born, (to hate, misjudge and harm), and replace it with the word taught. Infants and Tots ape the adults in their lives. Imitating peers comes later, and when it does, the boy or girl bring to that peer table all the learned behavior they were taught at home, the good, the bad and the ugly.

HAARP is so top secret that no one can even interview the military on it's purpose and application.

@plum26754 youthful HUMAN BEINGS without guidance of ANY adults are born to hate, misjudge and HARM each other. I will NEVER retract this. Ever heard of "Lord of the Flies" ? I have seen children with no guidance, or copying kids.

I know that fooling with the weather would be a problem: however I understand the power requirements and how to detect them in use. It's not happening with HAARP that's for sure. The odd transmission will happen but weather itself is TOO BIG to be moved that way.
