The Pop influences that inspired Ennio Morricone's 'Spaghetti' Western guitar sound!

Another great Surf band pipelines into Mexico with reverbing chords.

  • There is a pretty good version of Baja by the band JFA. Just search YouTube for "JFA Baja."

  • This is the best cover of BAJA that I have heard.

  • This sounds half assed compared to the Ventures version.

  • Fuckheads you don't even know BAJA, putos gringos de la verga, blonde girls welcome.

  • Im headed for boulder for Avery in two weeks im am going to bump astronauts all the way

  • I wore out 3 Astronauts albums learning to play the drums to these songs. I grew up in Denver in the 50's & 60's. They were going strong until the Beatles and the British invasion. They went to Japan and were worshipped there. They're still my favorite rock band. That wet Fender sound still sounds great to me.

  • Yeh, I still got the vinyl and sleave

  • In 1964 a teen tribe arose in Denver, Colorado, the Surfers. They looked like the Beach Boys and the scene centered around a band from Boulder: The Astronauts.

  • i got the record and it still sound good

  • The Ventures and these guys had a battle of the bands ..they got clobbered by the Ventures
