I never really think about the rhythm when I am playing. It is just like drumming my fingers on a table but I have my fingers hitting the chords. I never play it the same way twice. Just drum your fingers while you sing a song and you will see you have the rhythm in you. It is just a matter of hitting the chords instead of a table top. You will come to a point where you will be playing someday and you will listen to what is happening and you will not even concentrate. It will just happen. Thanks

At 2:30 where you play your song, I can follow the left hand (back and forth), but I can't seem to follow your rhythm with the right hand. I understand the two little perks, but I just can't seem to understand what your doing with your left hand to follow the catchy rhythm. I noticed you reply to almost all of your comments (Which you should be proud of!) I'm not challenged when it comes to keeping beats, I just don't know what you're playing. Any advice?

I love the way you play so much! i miss my Grandpapa :(

In the chorus of "Aura Lee," you can follow the G chord with a G minor. I think Elvis did it that way.

@rchandos Thanks. That sounds like a good idea.

Also, what are the chords you're playing on the left. Is it C, A minor, F, & G, (like in the first tutorial)?

For a Blues progression it would be three chords. It is called a 1-4-5 progression. In the Key of C the chords are C-F-G. There is no A Minor. The G is usually a G7 which is a G chord with an F note in the chord. You can use F Minor or F 6th from time to time. No rules for when. Just play it different ways and listen to what you like best.
