Or maybe the Shepp-city council built a shithouse complex, with a terrible bitumen-surfaced pad, suitable for racing top fuelers, and a show and shine "warehouse" that can fit 25 cars....maybe, if they were stacked 3 high, with no room for anyone to walk, or let alone, breathe.
