  • Dogs are carnivores, why do people insist on forcing them into their narrow frame of mind. WE (as humans) are omnivoresl and yet some chose a vegetarian path, i am disgusted that people think that they can bring up any carnivorous animal in such a way. If you don't like meat then that is your problem... you deal with it. Don't bring a carnivore into your sad life and FORCE it to live like you. END OF.

  • dogs are carnivores not omnivores they don't need fruit or veggies in their diet.. Whole Prey Diet is the best you can do...meat, bone ,, organs, supplement with fish oil... it's what their bodies are designed for.. they aren't cows or horses they're Wolves!!!!!

  • @rpmangin Yes, they are very smart but not eating around the seeds.

  • @RandomChris46 Oh yeah, dogs aren't smart enough to eat around the fruit pits, and their digestive tracts are not strong enough to hold fruit seeds (even humans do not digest fruit seeds).

  • @rpmangin Yeah I just found that out a couple days ago. Fruit like apple slices (not containing seeds or skin) is very healthy, and bananas are too.

  • @RandomChris46 There's actually not much harm in feeding a dog fruit, if the dog will eat it. However, one fruit you should never feed a dog is GRAPES. For some weird reason, grapes contain a toxin that can cause kidney failure in dogs.

  • I buy organic vegetables in a can: pumkin, sweet potato, carrots, & asparagus. Fruits: very riped bananas & bluberries. Ratio: 50/50.) For carbs: brown rice. I also buy organic eggs (raw fed) Mix it ALL in a blender including the eggshells into a very fine paste, and mix it 1/4 ratio to raw meat (ground turkey.) Fed twice a day, with the 3rd feeding canned sardines or salmon for omega 3 fats & protein. All natural plain yogurt as a treat. His mange went away naturally with this all natural diet.
