Salt Chalet Opening Night

Encino, Calif. -- Salt Chalet, the premier halotherapy center on the West Coast, opened its doors on Nov. 14 with a grand opening celebration that attracted over 250 guests. The evening featured explanatory tours of Salt Chalet's three salt rooms -- two for adults and one for children -- and guests got a "taste" of salt room therapy with complimentary 15-minute sessions. An introductory video presentation in the lobby, which ran continuously throughout the night, explained how salt room therapy helps alleviate the symptoms of a host of respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, allergies and emphysema, as well as some skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Amidst all this learning, guests also enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres, fine imported wines from Israel's Yarden Winery, music by DJ Rio and a vibrant, festive atmosphere on the expansive balcony of Salt Chalet. Among the guests were doctors, business owners, local media, politicians and holistic health care professionals. Guests received a canvas shoulder bag imprinted with Salt Chalet's logo and filled with informational material on halotherapy and samples of Ocean White's Dead Sea lotions and facial treatments from Israel.
