has pixie ever bitten you before? i was thinking about getting a toucan, but i was scared because ive never handled a bird with such a huge beak before! and also, i wonder if it hurt bad when you get bit! =( could you please tell me what to be expecting and such?

@dreyaleesings She's bit us when she's stressed about something (or someone)...being bit at the tip of her beak is nothing, but if she gets a hold of a finger further into her mouth where there's more leverage, she can draw blood. Not from the bit itself, but she'll twist her head and shake (picture playing tug of war with a puppy) and that will do it!! She can also lunge/peck like a woodpecker, which is surprising more than anything. Still nothing compared to what even a small parrot can do

Hi,i love ur videos i was wondering though since the size of there beaks how much does it wiegh? And how high can they fly/

@dragonsammy1 Pixie weighs around 650 grams. And although their beak is big, it is the same type of material as your fingernail, and the beak isn't solid, it has a honeycomb-like structure inside of it.
