@DunceCapVideooz If I had assumed you were a troll, I wouldn't have bothered answering! I'm just saying that the way you worded the question made it sound very "troll"-y. As a side note, most would consider "gender" to be more of a mental thing (wired into your brain, and not able to change); hormones and surgery change "sex", which is the set of physical characteristics that determine whether you'll be assigned "male" or "female" at birth. :)

@abc123dadada well, it would be fantastic if you would stop assuming Im a troll. Im just a curious person who knows nothing about this. I think its cool that you can change your gender totally by just taking medications.

@DunceCapVideooz No. FTMs will usually get top surgery: removal of the breasts and construction of a more 'male' chest. Also usually get injections of testosterone which creates a masculine appearance. It also basically makes a small penis; there's surgery to 'build' a larger one; most dont get it.
Even transmen that do none of these are still men. As a FTM; please try to word your questions respectfully in the future. Even if youre a troll, at least now you're an educated one.
