As said in the video, feel free to ask any questions here or via PM. But before that, please take a look at the notes below.
Things I couldn't or forgot to include in the video:
- To place long (hold) notes, click and hold the left mouse button at the beginning point while holding CTRL and then let go the left mouse button when your mouse have reached the point where you want your long note to end.
- Each time you want to move your notes with the SELECT mode, be sure to press CTRL + V (paste shortcut) after ending your notes movement or they will disappear when you select another option or save.
- Instead of recharting the entire notechart in another difficulty by hand, you can just copy the entire chart from one difficulty to another by right-clicking, then select "Copy to ???" where ??? is the the difficulty you want your chart copied to.
- I found out in another video that the amount of columns on the right of the blue bar depends on the resolution of your screen. If you set it higher, you can use more "autoplay" columns.
- To convert your favorite song into OGG, Google "Audacity" and download it. Don't worry, the program is free. You can use the program to record sounds from your computer or microphone, or load music you want to convert. Once you have recorded something or loaded the music you want to chart, just click "Export as OGG" under "File". Oh, and be sure to put that OGG in the same folder where you save your notecharts. Trust me, it'll save a lot of trouble.
- The purpose of this program is to let you create your own charts and insert whatever patterns you find suitable to play with. Also, THIS TOOL DOES NOT GENERATE NOTES AUTOMATICALLY FOR THE SONG, you lazy bums.
- The BMSE (BMS Editor) creates charts in BMS format and the NoteTool creates charts in OJM and OJN format files. If you use the BMSE, you'll have to go through a lot of trouble to convert it to OJM and OJN. The NoteTool doesn't require any complicated/complex methods after a finished chart.
Music used in order:
Raven - Out of Control (original MP3 version)
BeautifulDay - Bang!Bang!Bang! (original MP3 version)
Falk - Gong Xi Jam
BeautifulDay - Electro Fantasy
Brandy - Cross Time (original MP3 version)

It's not that complicated actually, once you understand the basic functions.

how to delete or change the unwanted "BPM change" notes?

@eleongo
Ah, good question. To delete a "BPM Change" note, click on it and when requested what new BPM you want, just leave it blank and press Enter.
