Hi Laura Lee
Yes there are renovations taking place - there are a number of new villas just like the one Tara stayed in available - if you just ask when you call in or email they will be more than happy to help you find the room you are looking for
Hope you enjoy your trip - it's a beautiful place!
Hi Tara- hope you are enjoying your "honeymoon year!" We are looking for somewhere to celebrate our 25th anniversary! This looks amazing- from what I can tell they are undergoing renovations. This is exactly the type of room we want- do you remember the name or number? I thought it might help when I am making a reservation so they will know what we have in mind. Thanks so much

We stayed in a luxury villa (not the suite). It was Ocean View, but we could see both mountains also. I can't remember the number...sorry!

Hi! Thanks for Placing the video up!! You made my fiance and I's mind up! We were undecided on Jalouise or Crystals. I wanted somewhere beautiful and different, not a sandals. I was worried about all the reviews of the construction going on! I was told that the new villas would be away from the construction zone! I hope so. Was there any activites you would recommend doing while there? Hope to hear from you! Thanks again for placing the video on You tube!! :-)

We barely ever saw the construction, but the great thing is that since there is construction, they'll take you to private beach by boat, which was incredible. We chose to go there almost every day since they had a chef come out and make lunch and such. There were a lot of activities to do, pretty much everything you could think of. Piton hike, boat rides, mud spa (nearby), snorkeling, kayaking, sports, spa, etc. We wound up being pretty lazy and mostly stayed on the beach. Enjoy!

Hey - place looks great. I'm looking at the same exact resort for my August honeymoom. Curious, do you remember the name of this type of room (luxury villa, superior luxury, grand luxury, etc)? The website lists the same photos for all 3 types of rooms so it's hard to tell the difference.
Thanks!

We stayed in a regular luxury villa. They are so private and even when our in your pool, you can't see other people's decks or pools. They have built even nicer ones since we went, but we absolutely loved ours. Hope you go!
