I find that I smoke less since the last time I stopped. I think it's because your body was deprived of something so it automatically asks for more. By telling yourself that it's not the end of the world because you started again and that it's only a little fall and you can get back up again helps a lot. It's like learning to walk, we will fall a few times but can get back up, though more difficult then walking ..lol just my 2 cents
yes smoked for 5yrs quite for 2yrs and started last yr on 4 of July and today at 3pm i smoked and i got sick starting to throw up and shyt so throw the remaining away and can home looked up ways to quite on your own with out help from doctors or gun patches or what ever is out there and came across this hope it works =)
lovely! I played all three parts yesterday and it worked for me. it was a bit of a pain becoming aware and playing the next part but i took it easy and it payed off-no cravings or ill effects. thank you very much.
Again, I used your video along with nicotine lozenges. I was using them for about fifty days and stopped using them about ten days ago. The first couple days without nicotine were a little emotional but I now feel healthy and stable. Two months smoke free and I credit the combination of this video and nictoine replacement with my success. Again, thank you, this video tweaked some vital aspects of my psychology.
