What's wrong with a windows guy using an iphone. I'm a windows person yet I still use ipods and iphones. It's not like if you use a windows pc you can't use Apple products. I don't see how the two are related to the point that someone using windows shouldn't be using an iphone.

Why this screen is different to me? My Windows 7 load the same screen that Vista... what's the problem? :/
Minha tela de inicialização não carrega essa aí... carrega a barrinha verde do Vista! Alguém sabe porque? :/

microsoft doesn't make the equivalent kind of phone. :p

why is the windows guy using a iphone?

mmm... well, it had booted into windows and the desktop was visible - you could have started clicking away if you really wanted - hence it was booted. Your view is too strict! Next you'll be saying, when the hard disk light stops flashing then you're happy! Also, did you not how it was installing new hardware, or finishing off an install? Perhaps if that wasn't the case it might have been faster??

yeah!
is that an iPhone you're using? I find that kinda comical...
as far as the load, it actually loaded in more like 30 seconds, you aren't completely booted until all the processes are up and running, which some were still initiating when you stopped the timer.
btw, Windows2k on a P4 with 2gigs RAM, boots in <30 seconds every time (this is including bios loading which you didn't).

hmm you're right. that was actually quite a bad run because I also happened to be installing device drivers xD. The thing is unlike all the other reviews you're reading out there, I actually have worse performance with Windows 7 than Vista or XP so I've been reinstalling Windows 7 many times. For some reason, I just can't get the good performance results

Well, I guess they gave up on the 12 second boot time. 25 seconds is too long

I was in a rush to film this, but I had actually had it boot up in 15 seconds before on 6801. Seems like the more you boot it, the faster it goes =\ Doesn't make sense, but ya, it really happened

Can you give your computer specs?
Starting completely from power button would give some extra seconds.
Wonder if Atom 330 with GMA 950 and 2gb Ram would work on it without glitches :(
How much ram and how many services will run on first boot?
Is original ISO 2,2gb ? Version 6801 was 2,7gb
