my granny was polish and she had 9 children and then her husband left her so she raised them all on her own. ...Naturally my dad doesn't like my grandad much lol. She was an amazing woman too :)

she's my great grandmother and i was that little girl in white blouse. and we're SINGAPOREANS not vietnamese although our race is still chinese. and many singaporeans eat with forks and spoons, not chopsticks.

@Yeahitzbop My granny went through world war two as well :P She had to live in a forest for a while, and in the end their house got messed and they had to rebuild it

My grandma's first child died, and soon later her second, and then third. Well.. they kept trying and later ended up with six children. (Two of them twins) Her husband was a good man, whom even got a high school named after him. Well, later her husband died... and now that all her children are grown, she lives with us. Our whole family is connected fairly well, and I get a lot of Christmas presents for Christmas XD

@Gman4all Did your grandma go through world war 2? Dont even get me started on stories I used to hear about world war 2 from my grandparents. But this was mainland China pretty sure singapore was a little better.
