@UltravioletSRB what are you necessities in a device? Browsing wise the N900 would win, OS is obviously completely subjective. Speed the HD2 would win just on pure specs as well as in the battery life department.
Like I said, depends what you need from the device.

Compared to most phones yeah, it's not overly bulky but it is pretty thick, I'm used to it now so don't really notice it.
