  • if thats the case-its realy stupid on their part-this chanels info is so clear ,one of the best in quality around-in bodybuilding ,hope the new chanel has all the old videos,and that it will do even better..

  • @a4dpredator Sounds like the only thing you really need is to get the diet in check a bit. The only thing I'd suggest (which isn't necessary) is maybe some protein to help you hit your goals without having to add in a lot of extra calories.

  • @CampbellFitness I was 260 now I m 225 but I got stuck in 225 to 230 up and down Im 5' 11'' and want to lean down to 200 meaby even more depends how my body looks
