The Quick Total Body Workout can be used when you only have a little bit of time to sneak in a workout and you need to burn maximum amount of calories. Its easy for beginners but could also be challenging for advanced clients depending on how fast you run the laps.
The workout: Run 4 laps around a track (1 mile) and time yourself. Perform the following exercises back to back without any rest in between; 20 push ups / 20 In-place lunges / 50 crunches or V-ups / 20 squats. Do this for 3 rounds.
Immediately following the circuit, you run 1 lap as fast as you can. Keep track of how fast you run and how fast you recover.
