Open Finder.
Hold Shift, Command, and G key together.
Type: ~/Library in the pop up box.

  • On my Mac there is no such a "iPhone Software Updates" folder?? Where do i find my ipsw file now? i can see the library, iTunes etc but not the software folder, only the "iTunes Plug-ins" folder, please help:(

  • @ArturCudi That's weird.. are you on Lion? maybe you haven't upgraded your iDevice on iTunes, because that's where it gets the file from when you update to the latest firmware.
