I was perfectly willing to convert grams to whatever. But I don't understand gas 4 and gas 5. I was thinking maybe 275 degrees and 300 degrees then again 300 degrees and 325 degrees also sounds good. Or maybe the spread is larger. Oh well, the cake looks good.

I've also added some vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon. A tiny bit of milk. Great recipe.

One certainly can if the bananas are not terribly ripe -- about a tablespoon, depending on the flour's absorbency

I really can't see why not, cept it might not be a banana cake recipe strictly - fruit and nut then I spose. Anyhoo, thanks for your comment, and I am very pleased it was good!!
