    By reducing payments to providers it actually cuts out the middle man in this equation. Actually, CNN, NBC, Poltifact all say what Romney is saying is BS.

    IRS tells us most people in the top 10% derive most of their income from Capital Gains, Interest, & Dividends.

    Paul Ryan wants to reduce the tax on these to ZERO!

    And he thinks this might be possible by giving people on Medicare a coupon & a wish of GOOD LUCK!

    You have to get this out there because a lie have a way of becoming truth when you repeat it like a broken record. Obama campaign, do not let the republicans get ahead of you on this Medicare stuff. The Republicans are grotesque liars on this issue.
