A suggestion: I don't particularly care for the light Sylvaner wines myself, but to be fair, one should avoid trying them right after a super-aromatic Gewurztraminer. Actually, Gewurz should probably come last in an Alsace tasting.

you drink beautiful alsacian wines and you follow them with ting? is it any wonder that north americans are mocked as by europeans and south americans for being unrefined.

I had to stop watching the show as soon as u said u have never tasted any good Pinot noir from Alsace I think u should make a visit to a store that is very near u in summit so u can go back and apologised to the producers and to us the drinkers of good Pinot noir
