  • DO NOT TALK TO DEBT COLLECTORS, THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH.

google: "how to answer a summons"

  • @Combatwolf21 Collection agencies are a fraud! Lazy people...lol. Debt collectors are scum that would sell their mother down the river! People don't have a contract with you people, which means the debt doesn't exist! Educate yourself.

  • There are penalties for accessing your credit file without your permission. Don't just tell them to go screw themselves. Check you credit file to see who has accessed it without prior authorization. These people have violated your right to privacy. Let THEM know you intend to sue by letter. They will likely want to settle with you. I believe the fine is somewhere in the nature of 1,000

  • cont... fraud fraud!!!!!!! the debt collectors are third party and need to be fired! and need to provide proof of standing in court, this is why they will not take yo to court as they are NOT party to the contract!! Tell them to fuck off and take them to court and ask them to provide the "original product agreement" that you signed in blue ink and to prove that they are party to your contract, they cant. they just LOST! enjoy!!!!!!! do not put up with their fear tactics, tell them fuck off!

  • the debt collectors cannot sue you as it was the bank whom you had the unilateral contract with which is the application(not a contract where you accepted the terms of agreement before you were even approved of the card that you applied for). It is fraud! You did NOT sign to the agreement of the contract as there is none! the application is not a contract, ask for the original of this doc as they cannot provide it as they sold it to a trust company! only admit to the original doc the the copy!

  • @Combatwolf21 what a fuckin low like spunk bubble afterbirth

  • If a bank decides to give a person (not a human being note) £50.000 loan.. they just press a button.. money is the biggest con ever ever lol

  • @mtahdrummerman What is money ?

  • Seems like it would be a lot easier to just have some personal fiscal responsibility and never get yourself into this situation at all. However, do understand that some have unfortunate situations that get them into these kinds of messes. Try to pay what you owe. Its the right thing to do.

  • @mtahdrummerman Only A debt collector would say something that fucking stupid, its a prerequisite that you have to be a total piece of shit to be one.

  • Interesting..

not excusing those who racked up the debts but..here is the problem..

USA and to a lesser extent Canada..need to get the engines of economy working...

that involves ongoing and future consumption of anything from toilet paper to homes..

with the growing lists of people on the Credit Bureau "Shit List"....who...will qualify for all these goods we as an economy MUST sell to keep going?

Every day fewer and fewer people qualify to buy cars..boats suits ..whatever..

    Cant go on..

  • HURRAYYYYYYY FOR THE DEBT COLLECTORS.
