Funny thing is, many of the buildings in this video are functioning business' & homes Even a child riding their bigwheel in front of the house...some indusrty does no better because it is in a "PRETTY " building . The truck shop and the parking garage will not get paid one cent more for being fancied up with a bright $20,000 awning/ sign which by the way I can site MANY closed "PRETTY " buildings in most any town that could not pay it's bills because they spent it on window dressing.

Beauty is everywhere in Buffalo...and the Mayor lives on the east side in a very modest home. This area is a very small 10 block area. You cannot go by this video...
