==A true story==
There was a girl who loved red-crawned cranes from childhood
She came back where she used to raise cranes after college
Unfortunately, one day she slided into a swale
to save an injured crane and stopped her breath in the mud

Passing by that river,who heard
Of a girl who had ever come around
Walking over that reed hillside
Who knew about a girl who left us an ode

Why do clouds weep quietly
Why are winds pouring out a story
And there are a flock of red-crown cranes gently flying over

Passing by that river,who heard
Of a girl who had ever come around
Walking over that reed hillside
Who knew about a girl having never double appeared

Only clouds weep for her
Only winds pour out her story

Also there are a flock of red-crown cranes gently flying over

Only clouds are weeping for her
Only winds are pouring out her story

There are also a flock of red-crown cranes gently flying over

  • I just heard the story about the crane story. The girl who saved and fed the cranes dead because in an accident and one of the crane then refused eating and dead soon after her death.

  • Beautiful

  • enjoy her singing since my high school (1992)

  • 她来自中国,广东

    She comes from Guangdong,China

  • Terrific voice and touching story !

  • She has at least one album devoted to Tibet style music. Oddly enough, she's not Tibetian origined in anyways...

  • Wonderful song, my favorite actually.

Especially the vocal from 4:36, so called 天籁, music from the above. Thanks for the posting. I can listen it again and again, though sad but pounding...
