Dispone de habitaciones Estándar cuidadosamente decoradas al estilo clásico, moderno baño completo, teléfono, televisión, preciosas habitaciones superiores y acogedoras Suite Júnior con solana. El Edificio Anexo dispone de Estudios y Apartamentos con cocina americana. Además cuenta con excelentes servicios de restaurantes, cafeteria, bar, salones para banquetes y parking privado.

No os dejeis engañar por este vídeo del hotel Los infantes en Santillana del mar. Es sin duda el hotel donde peor trato he recibido con mi familia desde hace mucho tiempo, ocasionado por un error en la información mostrada en su página web...lamentablemente. Hay otros muchos hoteles mucho m´s recomendables e igualmente encantadores por su entorno y edificios emblemáticos.

Realmente lamentamos no haber admitido a su animal en el hotel por propia política de empresa, sin embargo si que le ofrecimos otro hotel a su disposición. Reciba un cordial saludo.

@KKroMM Dear Sir/madame, we apologyze for not include animals in the hotel. The information in one page was wrong (someone not from the hotel wrote that). We offer tou another hotel that admit animals. Eventhought you din't even get into one room or have any service form the hotel. The recepcionist try to help you the best she could do.

My stay at Hotel Los Infantes was nothing but spectacular. The price was reasonable as it included breakfast in addition to the amazing display of art from around the world inside the hotel. As for previous comments, I don't know who the receptionist was when you were there but all three of them that I encountered were more than courteous and answered all of my questions or told me where to get the information I required. The breakfast included a variety of hot or cold foods as well as danishes.

This is the worse hotel my family has been at in the past few years. Service is absolutely a disaster. We had an issue due to incorrect information posted on their site and the recepcionist was utterly unable to handle properly the situation. if you ever visit Santillana del Mar there are plenty of hotels available, better located and better priced but more important with better service.
