True, the average worker doesn't need to be oppressed right out any more. The "oppressed worker"-image is replace by the "divine board of directors". Now, not just workers are oppressed, but almost every taxpayer can watch his money flying into the hands of giant corporate CEO's. . That's America for you, and basically the rest of the West, so pledge fucking allegiance.

I'm a conservative and while I disagree with Dennis's views, I respect him far more than most people on the left. At least he believes what he says and isn't doing it for some underhanded reason. I'm sure if your on the left you can find some people on the right whom are similar in nature. I'm not going to vote for him, but I'm not going to talk sh*t, either.

Damn, every time I hear Dennis Kucinich speak I envision him as President of the United States of America. God, he would do so much good for this country and people all around the world.

Bottom 99%? If you want to make that arguement the only people that the corporations can ride on the back of is the workers.
The correct statement would be: the top 1% ride on the back of the top 50%.
Which, in this day and age, is a complete falsehood. Due to some socialist principles put into place and with the help of the unions, the idea of the "oppressed worker" of yesterday is gone.

CEO hours vary greatly. They can work 20-80 hour work weeks, depending on the type of business, the size of the business, etc.
Also, you can not look at hourly wages so linearly. Hourly wages/salaries are determined by a plethora of reasons, the main ones being: supply and demand, difficulty of the work, skill of the worker etc.

Let us compare:
A construction worker working a 9-5, 6 days a week for $40,000 a y ear.
A CEO working 20 hours a week total making millions.
Yea.

Preventative care will always trump emergency care in cost and effectiveness. Better to prevent smoking than to treat his emphysema and lung cancer after he starts.
The flat tax is fine if we assume that the capitalism is just, but it is not. The top 1% ride on the back of the bottom 99%. THIS is not American.

Well, if you don't think they are running a good business, maybe you should boycott them. Heres a couple for starters: Microsoft, Google, Walmart,Nike,Amazon.
I'll start you out with those considering how hard it is to not just google something.
Also, try this one. Go up to Bill Gates or Warren Buffet and explain to them how they do not work hard and you believe they do not deserve the money they earn. That could make for some good conversation.
DK is the man, props to him, and his wife, thier both vegans!!! <3

You're delusional if you think the majority of those 1% actually worked for and earned their money.
