any ideas on the schliemmann defence; since the ryu lopez has been analyzed throughly by many GMs; I use the schliemmann as black to throw my opponents though sometimes I also get thrown away because of the sharpeness of the opening

Seems with blitz chess it's best not to play with patters like set openings, but to make moves that normally aren't played during games longer time controls. Just to get the other person thinking / wasting time.  Then it might be possible to get a time induced error / advantage.
