  • we use at work different variety of push ups, ie: ankles on ex. ball, hands on ex ball, to primarily work the trunk core muscles for patients who are weak in that area. We also have patients perform core stability ex when they have had any type of leg surgery. We have found that with leg injuries you need a stable core to improve balance and proprioception during your rehab of the knee or other leg injuries.
