Providing a safety net to help those who are uninsured or under insured, the National Association of Free Clinics(NAFC) travels the country providing free health care to those in need. JG, LnP and H2D were inspired by this wonderful organization and have dedicated this song to the NAFC, the volunteers, and the patients they serve.
