@angel129116 Well said. A longer version of the pilot episode was broadcast by the hungarian tv. It was 5 minutes longer than the version of the DVD. It would be nice to find a DVD containing all the scenes edited out from the series.

I have watched this show so many times and never knew it had been edited down for british TV. Thats shocking! They could have at least put it on the DVD!

No, the bit about 'Mr Teddy's Teddy' was edited out. The bit with the 'Chinamen' is still in the UK edition DVD.
