Luckily Senior Management has the tea baggers on their side to protect their tax rates. What good are massive bonus checks from laying off people if they get taxed higher? It is important that everyone stands up and marches for the rich before their taxes go up a few points.

I don't think management is totally to blame, although they do share some. I worked with NT as an employee and a vendor for years. And the bottom rungs of management were horrible. They'd make decisions based on personal relationships with friends. They would build departments just to have job security. Fact is, after wasting all the investors money, the gig was up. I feel very little pitty for MANY of the Nortel ilk. There are some that worked hard, but the vast majority were losers.
