You could always record it while playing it on Gens Plus. I do, and the sound doesn't desync, either.

Looks like a basic palette change, and one that isn't painful to the eyes. I couldn't tell if there was a music change because it was so quiet.
If you're looking for a better recorder, try fraps.

OK I will try. Hopefully it will be better then HC and it probably will because Hypercam REALLY SUCKS! And yes that is a music change. I mean it is yellow and Labyrinth is yellow so I thought why not.
