Grandma Prisbrey Bottle Village

I walked by it twice a day on the way to and from Simi Valley High School in the late 60's. Wish I would of visited then. There is a childrens book about Grandmas bottle village.

Very touching. If I ever go to California I'll come to Grandma Prisbrey"s Bottle village.

Lovely video. My grandma lived down the street from Grandma Prisbey during the time Bottle Village was being built, and I can remember seeing Grandma Prisbey going back and forth from the dump with her wagon to gather the material she used to build the buildings.

Thanks for putting this up so that people can see just what Grandma Prisbey was able to build.

Have been blessed with the opportunity to visit Bottle Village and to spend time with Joanne. She's so right...BV truly is a magical place.
