Advanced Airsoft System (AAS)

Games based on warfare have been popular throughout civilization for thousands of years. One such game is Airsoft. Invented in the 1980s in Japan, Airsoft is an action sport similar to paintball, in which participants use guns loaded with soft pellets. Airsoft games vary greatly in style and composition depending on location, budget, and the quantity of participants but, often range from short-term skirmishes and organized scenarios to military simulations and historical reenactments. Although wildly popular, one of the major flaws in the game is the need to employ an honor system, whereby the players rely on each others' honesty to admit to being hit, because unlike paintballs, Airsoft pellets do not leave visible marks on clothing. The person firing may not even know with certainty that they hit you. Because of this, there is more cheating involved with Airsoft than with paintball. The solution to this problem is the Advanced Airsoft System (AAS), which will revolutionize the Airsoft industry by providing highly accurate game play, an increased degree of teamwork, and several additional features not currently feasible with the current game, such as the ability to heal a player, accurately determine location based on GPS and WiFi triangulation, and determine how much damage a particular gunshot inflicted.
