  • What a great tune from a great band.!! Thanks for re-posting this song, Spencer.!! - G.L.54

  • @DaveWollenberg - They were vocalists and that was their strength. They live on in rock history for the incredible sound of three lead vocalists trading licks, rather than for half-baked lyrics. They had a tight band as well as good studio production. If you research the lyrics of the songs, THEY were written by major song-writers. I like the combo - great voices and great music/lyrics, and they don't always have to come from the same person.

  • @omb2112 Good point. There are a lot of minor differences between this single version and the lp version. One thing I love about TDN is their single mixes were usually somewhat different from what was on the album. This is the first time I've heard the single mix of "Let Me Serenade You," and now I realize I need to find a copy of this 45. Thanks for posting.

  • deserved far better than the #17 peak it got

  • At the very end there is a vocalization missin. "one mo one mo nuh" I know cause I'm listening to the LP right now. Peace.

  • Wow, you take good care of your vinyls! Amazing sound. Sadly, mine has alot of scratches.
