I don't want to sound like an expert i-know-everything-guy, but here is some advice you might find useful:
1) When you hit a drum don't let your stick land on the drumhead. Be sure to learn hot to control the rebound of the drum and keep the stick just a few inches above the head after you hit it. Trust me :p
2) Do the same thing with the bass drum
3) ALWAYS use a metronome. It doesn't matter if you jam or practice... Use it always.
4) You kick ass for 1,5 year! I wasn't even close then :p

@Kaiserle12 Inzwischen spiele ich Promark 5A Hickory Standard sticks. Damals hatte ich erst gut ein Jahr Erfahrung und bin mit schweren Sticks noch nicht so klargekommen, die AJ6 "fliegen" einfach gut über die Felle und ich hatte eine Schwäche für leichte Sticks.^^ Hat sich inzwischen geändert, entweder spiele ich die Promarks oder 2B Hotsticks.

Das Rechte. Die Becken gibts aber nicht mehr in der Form wie ich sie hab. Das Anfängerset ist überarbeitet worden und klingt jetzt noch schlechter als meine weil die Einkerbungen fehlen.^^
