Wow you have a grow tent, you talk like its the next big thing LOL , been selling them in the UK since the 80s. You are doing something wrong dude. Those plants look imature and are way to small for there age plus they are not getting enough nutrients by the looks for things. Man look at the space you have left in that tent haha, what a waste of time and effort. I will post a few of my old videos of when i used a grow tent years ago. Just wait till you see the difference.
