A Florida man who shot a pit bull when it latched onto his dog's neck will not face charges, police said.

The National Canine Research Council has the facts on dog bites in the US and not these hate videos with no facts used to cause the persecution, suffering and death of innocent dogs. You have more of a chance of getting murdered or struck by lightening than being killed by a dog. Other types of dogs bite and/or kill but the pit bull hater doesn't care about those dogs because they just hate a dog for no good reason. Children should not be exposed to this ignorance & hate for innocent dogs.

A little hysterical? These videos are put up to spread hate and ignorance and NO facts about innocent dogs. No one knows the whole story. Of course dog bites are sad but there is no monster dog no matter how much a pit bull hater hopes there is. There are 31 deaths in the US BY ALL TYPES OF DOGS EVEN THE KIND THE PIT BULL HATERS LIKE IN ONE YEAR. There are 300 million people & millions of dogs. Even if I was attacked by a lab mix (of which has happened) I would know not to blame the whole.

My little dog wasn't so fortunate. Neither was the pitbull, as it got a bullet between the eyes. Did I feel bad? no. It was a stray dog, and I probably saved someone else's little dog.
