Balthier's A Pirate, Ashe's A Princess

This was really fun to do! It isn't very good, but fun nevertheless! Youtube is so cruel. It deleted my whole story && it doesn't let me upload anything else...

Story:

Ashe married Rasler, but not long after the wedding, the one she loved so dearly went off to war and died. She, wrought with grief, started to see his ghost, and inevitably came across his ring, swearing that she would avenge his death.

But then she meets a cunning sky pirate named Balthier. He can see very much that Ashe is hurting over something (or someone) from the past and is willing to go to the world's end to patch her back up again. Seeing that nothing else is going to work, he takes her ring to prove she doesn't need him to be happy on a daily basis.

Balthier is so completely different from Ashe, and they contrast exceptionally much, but that's the thing that leads them into a relationship. No one approves of the relationship, especially Fran, who's been friends with Balthier for a long time. He assures Ashe though, that nothing is going to break them apart, and he won't leave her like Rasler did to fight a pointless battle.

Not long after, Ashe realizes she'd rather spend her remaining life with, not the ghost of Rasler in her past, but Balthier in her present, and hopefully in her future. Her daily routine starts to change, and her days become spontaneous and nothing she expects ever happens.

Balthier points out their contrasting positions in the world, he being a sky pirate, and her a princess, but he tells her it doesn't matter because they'll do the things they want to do, and they'll prove that they're doing well together.

People finally accept their decision on being together, and even Fran comes around, signaling to Balthier that she'll accept it, no matter what.

After seeing that he's done all he can do, Balthier asks Ashe:

"What is it you want?"

And she tells him, after all this time, straight forward and to the point, as he always thought she was, that she wants him...

oh I know the war wasn't pointless at all. I just meant that the pointless battle as in - he knew he was going to die so why go? At least that's what I see Ashe's thoughts being haha :)

Hahaha... Yeah - I'm glad you noticed Basch Being Slapped. You can't even understand the guy half the time so you have like no idea why I put some clips in there lol.
