Nice presentation! Can we do without the black salt? You are using tamarind paste which is already refined and cooked unlike raw tamarind fruit. My question is why do you cook it again? can we not use minimum water and reduce cooking time. Or just add the tamarind paste to sugar syrup to save on cooking time/fuel?
