Erm.. Im not to sure but i dont think it does. You could try calling apple and ask them if replacing the hard drive would void the warranty.

What is the Maximum Hard drive available for a Macbook, 320gig and higher??

Im pretty sure it would take a 320gig or higher hard drive, but just to be sure check the manual.
