I have nvr heard anyone call it ice pop and i have lived in MA NC and AZ o.o

It's actually called ice pop in America, too. But formally. Popsicle is actually a brand.

so in spanish is paleta o paleta de hielo (pronounced as palletto or paletto day without the y yello)
paleta= popsicle
de= made of
hielo= ice becausethere is also paleta de crema obvious made of cream :)
